Hi, I’m Annelies Noblesse, the founder of Delicatesse de Noblesse. I’m a one-woman team, driven by my lifelong passion for food, which goes beyond just cooking and eating. I love wandering through markets, exploring small shops, and discovering unique products. Over time, I’ve developed a particular interest in gluten-free, low-carb, and low-sugar foods, becoming more mindful of what I eat. I focus on avoiding processed foods and prefer to cook from scratch with high-quality, wholesome ingredients.

Alongside my passion for food, I spent six years studying in evening classes to earn my chef’s diploma. I also bring 20 years of experience in business projects and strategy implementation to everything I do. This combination of culinary expertise and business acumen, I hope, will help me create a brand that brings you delicious, nourishing snacks through Delicatesse de Noblesse.
