Meet Annelies
Hi, I’m Annelies Noblesse, the founder of Delicatesse de Noblesse.
What started as a personal passion for good food slowly grew into a small artisan brand. I’ve always loved exploring markets, discovering new ingredients, and creating recipes from scratch. Over time, I became increasingly interested in gluten-free and wholesome foods made with simple, natural ingredients.
Delicatesse de Noblesse was born from that journey — a brand dedicated to crafting small-batch treats that combine flavour, care, and quality.
Alongside my passion for cooking, I spent six years studying in evening classes to earn my chef’s diploma. I also bring more than 20 years of experience in business and strategy, which helps me build this brand step by step.
My goal is simple: to create delicious, nourishing treats you can truly enjoy.
